Is it a better idea to have filing compactors at designated area for a particular office? That depends on the nature of business and documentation requirements. If a business required to keep database in hardcopy of each individual employee and customer, then it is better to have compactors at office. Compactors are capable to store huge number of files which require small space as compare to tall filing cabinets. The investment in compactors is cheaper as compare to tall filing cabinets and rather easy to be relocated to another location. However tall filing cabinets can be easy slot in extra space against the wall at office and can play with the design of tall filing cabinets to blend office interior design.
